CHECKING UNPACKED EQUIPMENT
1.  Inspect the components for shipping damage to the packaging materiel. Report any damage on SF Form
364 (Report of Discrepancy (ROD), as prescribed in AR 735-11-2 (Reporting of Supply Discrepancies).
Retain packaging materiel for future use.
2.  Check the components against the packing slip to see if the shipment is complete. Report all discrepancies in
accordance with DA PAM 750-8.
3.  Inspect the components for any damage during shipment. If a component has been damaged, report the
damage on DD Form 361 (Transportation Discrepancy Report (TDR)).
4.  Inspect the low meter for current (within one year) calibration sticker/certiication. Send uncertiied low meters
to Test, Measurement, and Diagnostic Equipment (TMDE) for calibration.
