Review the Siting Requirements and keep suction and discharge hose runs as straight as possible to minimize
friction losses.

Ensure a ilter cartridge is present in the ilter shell:
a. Loosen four knobs (Figure 2, Item 2) from the top of the ilter head (Figure 2, Item 1) and rotate the
ilter shell out and down to clear the top clamp.
b. Lower the ilter shell (Figure 2, Item 3) and check to see if a ilter cartridge is in the ilter shell.
