Position bands over ittings as described in step 2.

While holding the nose of the tool (Figure 4, Item 2) lush against the band buckle (Figure 4, Item 3) as shown,
pump the ratchet wrench (Figure 4, Item 1) until tension of the clamp is snug.

Mark 3 or 4 lines across the band clamp (Figure 5, Item 2), about 0.25 inch in front of the buckle.
