11. Place punch (Figure 6, Item 4) on buckle (Figure 6, Item 3) and while holding tension with ratchet wrench
(Figure 6, Item 2), lock buckle onto band by striking punch once or more with hammer (Figure 6, Item 1),
depending on object being clamped.

12. While holding tension with wrench (Figure 7, Item 1), pivot tool (Figure 7, Item 2), up against buckle (Figure 7,
Item 3), then backward several times to break off clamp tail.

13. Wind ratchet wrench until tail is free, to loosen clamp tail. Remove ratchet wrench assembly and clamp tail.
