9.
Install brake pad (Figure 13, Item 2), brake spring (Figure 13, Item 3), and brake wheel (Figure 13, Item 4)
onto reel assembly (Figure 13, Item 1).

10.
With an assistant, install cargo container to frame and aligning latched with keepers.
11.
Secure cargo container by raising latch handles.
12.
Install hairpin cotter pins into latches.
13.
Perform a functional test and ensure no leaks are present IAW WP 0005. Rewind hose onto reel. Monitor for
proper operation of the FDS.
