Ensure a new lange gasket is present at low meter housing (Figure 11, Item 1).

NOTE
Loosening the hose reel mounting bolts or the ilter assembly mounting bolts may ease
alignment and installation of the pipe assembly.

Pivot pipe assembly up (Figure 11, Item 3), and attach pipe assembly lange to low meter housing using
four screws (Figure 11, Item 2).
NOTE
A long wooden stick or beam may be inserted through the center of the hose reel to act as a
stop or lever, to assist in tightening the swivel joint.
Have an assistant secure the hose reel with the hand crank to prevent it from turning.
