Using a 15-inch adjustable automotive wrench on the lats of the swivel joint (Figure 12, Item 2), tighten the
swivel joint onto the hose reel threaded hub (Figure 12, Item 1).

Tighten the hose reel mounting bolts or the ilter assembly mounting bolts, if necessary.
