Remove the nozzle (Figure 1, Item 2) from the housing (Figure 1, Item 4).
3.
Release hose reel brake.
4.
Place nozzle in drain pan.
5.
Lock hose reel brake.
6.
Remove two nuts (Figure 2, Item 4), hex head cap screw (Figure 2, Item 1) and locking plate (Figure 2,
Item 2) from housing (Figure 2, Item 3).

Repair Fuel Nozzle Housing Locking Plate
1.  Check for missing, cracked, chipped, damaged, or burred parts as required.
2.  Repair is by replacement of authorized parts (WP 0049), for nozzle housing assembly.
3.  Clean parts as required.
Install Fuel Nozzle Housing Locking Plate
1.  Attach locking plate (Figure 3, Item 2) to housing (Figure 3, Item 3) using hex head cap screw (Figure 3, Item
1) and two nuts (Figure 3, Items 4 and 5). Finger-tighten nuts so that the locking plate can freely pivot.
2.  While using a wrench to hold the upper nut (Figure 3, Item 5), tighten the lower nut (Figure 3, Item 4)
against the upper nut.

Check pivoting of upper plate. Adjust nuts if needed.
