Open pump drain by turning the closed valve handle(Figure 28, Item 1) to open (Figure 28, Item 2). This drains
the pump housing and discharge pipe.

When drain low slows or stops, remove priming port (Figure 29, Item 1) cap (Figure 29, Item 2). This drains
any residual fuel in the pump housing.
