With an assistant supporting the hose reel assembly, attach the hose reel assembly to the frame using four
bolts, eight lat washers, four nuts and four new lock washers (Figure 9, Item 2). Tighten fasteners inger-tight.
NOTE
Hose reel assembly may need to be pivoted slightly on frame to permit swivel joint installation.

Install swivel joint assembly to hose reel assembly and to low meter (WP 0035).
4.
Securely tighten hose reel fasteners (Figure 9, Item 2).
