Unscrew hose assembly (Figure 6, Item 1) from riser (Figure 6, Item 2).

Repair Hose Reel Assembly
1. Check for missing, cracked, chipped, or burred parts as required.
2. Repair is by replacement of authorized parts (WP 0045), for the hose reel assembly.
3. Manufacture new hose assembly IAW WP 0042, if needed.
4. Clean pipe ittings with a wire brush, ensuring all traces of sealant and paint are removed from threads.
