Pry the safety ring (Figure 2, Item 1) out of the groove and slide it towards the discharge hose, away from
the nozzle/collar.

Push the collar (Figure 3, Item 2) away from the nozzle (Figure 3, Item 1), and pull the nozzle out of the
coupler (Figure 3, Item 3).
