Repair Filter Drain Assembly
1. Check for missing, cracked, chipped, or burred parts as required.
2. Repair is by replacement of authorized parts (WP 0045), for ilter drain assembly.
3. Remove traces of pipe sealant from threaded parts.
4. Clean other parts as required.
Install Filter Drain Assembly
1. Apply pipe sealant to male NPT-threaded ittings.
2. Assemble elbow (Figure 3, Item 1), nipple (Figure 3, Item 2), valve (Figure 3, Item 3), cam-locking itting
(Figure 3, Item 4) and cap (Figure 3, Item 5).
3. Ensure a gasket (Figure 3, Item 6) is present in the cap.

Coat the male threads of the street elbow (Figure 3, Item 1) with sealing compound.
