Remove dust plug (Figure 1, Item 4) from pump inlet cam-locking coupling half (Figure 1, Item 1).

Using suitable container, disconnect pump inlet cam-locking coupling half from suction hose by performing
the following:
1. Release cam-locking levers (Figure 1, Item 2) on pump inlet cam-locking coupling half (Figure 1, Item 1).
2. Pull suction hose (Figure 1, Item 5) from pump inlet cam-locking coupling half (Figure 1, Item 1).
3. Remove gasket (Figure 1, Item 3) from pump inlet cam-locking coupling half (Figure 1, Item 1). Discard
gasket (Figure 1, Item 3).
