Test cables for electrical continuity between cable ends. Replace cables that do not have continuity.

Inspect cable ends for damage and cable insulation for breaks. Replace damaged cables.

Test charging receptacle as follows:
a.
Connect positive and negative leads (31) of voltmeter (32) to positive and negative terminals (25) of
charging receptacle (20).
b.
Connect recharging cable (33) to receptacle (20) and apply recharging power.
c.
The voltmeter (32) reading should equal the recharging voltage applied (approximately 24 volts). If the
reading is below the required voltage, replace charging receptacle (20).
