NOTE
The following instructions are for a 26.0-foot by 66.0-foot (7.925
meters by 20.117 meters) tank in flat (empty) dimensions.
1. Clear and level an area 34.0-feet by 74.0-feet (10.36 meters by 22.56 meters).
2. Slope all four sides of leveled area in toward the center. The center should be no more than 9.0-
inches (22.86-centimeters) below ground level, equal to an approximate slope of 1.0 degree.
3. Erect a 4.0-foot (1.22 meter) high berm around the outside of the sloped area.
