The following instructions are for a 24.6-foot by 28.6-foot (7.498

meter by 8.717 meter) tank in flat (empty) dimensions.

1. Clear and level an area 38.0-feet by 34.0-feet (11.58 meters by 10.36 meters).

2. Slope all four sides of leveled area in toward the center. The center should be no more than 5.0-

inches (12.7-centimeters) below ground level, equal to an approximate slope of 1.0 degree.

3. Erect a 4.0-foot (1.22 meter) high berm around the outside of the sloped area.
