Placing the automotive wrench on the lats of the inlet assembly cam-locking itting, tighten the inlet assembly
onto the pump, ensuring all ittings in the assembly are tight and the check valve is upright as shown (Figure
9, Item 1).

If the pump drain assembly (Figure 8, Item 4) was disassembled for repair, install the bushing, valve and
elbow IAW WP 0028.
7.
Ensure both lange sealing surfaces (Figure 10, Item 1) are clean and free of cuts or gouges.
