Turn hand- wheel to the left (counterclockwise) to start fuel flow and to the right (clockwise) to stop fuel flow, Used to control fuel flow in the suction hose. Turn handle to the left (counterclockwise) to start fuel flow and slowly move handle to the left (counterclockwise), until the desired fuel flow is obtained.
