TM 10-4320-324-14 Table 2-1.  Operator/Crew Preventive Maintenance Checks and Service (PMCS - CONT) NOTE:  Within designated interval, these checks are to be performed in the order listed. B - Before D - During A - After W - Weekly M - Monthly Interval Procedure Equipment Is Item Item To Be Check for and have repaired Not Ready/ No B D   A W M Inspected or adjusted as necessary Available If: 6 Engine Oil Check oil level after every 10 hours If any class III oil leaks are of operation.  If engine oil level is present. on or below the lower mark, add oil.  Change oil as required. 7 V-Belts Check for loose v-belt.  Check for cracks or otherwise damaged v-belt. Check warning device for correct function after at least every 100 hours of operation. 8     Fuel Lines and Visually inspect unit for fuel leaks, Leaks are present. Hoses breaks, cracks and loose fittings. 9     Oil Lines Visually inspect unit for oil leaks. Class III leaks are present. 10 Fuel Tank, Check fuel tank fitting, lines, drain Leaks are present. Fittings, and plug and all tank surfaces for leaks Gauge or any other damage.  Check tank retaining straps for security.  Check fuel level gauge for damage.  Check for clogged strainer, clean as required. 11 Air cleaner Check service indicator before and after each operation for red signal indicating that elements require replacement.  If signal shows, replace elements in accordance with paragraph 3-5.  Inspect for bent, cracked, or damaged air cleaner. 12     Alternator Check that alternator and all Evidence of arcing electrical connections are secure overheating, binding, or and no broken wires are present. cracking and alternator light stays on at start-up or during operations 2-7
