TM 10-4320-324-14 6-9. Cylinder Head Repair (CONT). NOTE Inlet  valve  has  valve  rotor.    Exhaust  valve  has  spring seat. (2)   Using   valve   spring   compressor,   remove   tapered valve spring keeper (2), two spring caps (3), springs (4), one valve rotor or spring seat (5), and valves (6 and 7) from cylinder head (1). b. Cleaning/Inspection. WARNING Dry cleaning solvent P-D-680 is toxic and flammable.  Wear protective goggles and gloves and use only in a well ventilated area.  Avoid contact with skin, eyes, and clothes and don't breathe vapor. Do not use near open flame or excessive heat.  The flash point is 100°F-138°F (38°-50°C).  If you become dizzy while using cleaning  solvent,  get  fresh  air  immediately  and  get  medical  aid.    If  contact  with  eyes  is  made,  wash  your eyes with water and get medical aid immediately. Compressed air used for cleaning purposes will not exceed 30 psi.  Use only with effective chip guarding and personal protective equipment (goggles/shield, gloves, etc). (1) Clean parts in solvent P-D-680, Type II.  Dry all parts using a clean shop rag. 6-36
