INTRODUCTION
This work package lists COEI and BII for the 3,000 Gallon, 10,000 Gallon, 20,000 Gallon or 50,000
Gallon collapsible fabric tank to help inventory items for safe and efficient operation of the equipment.
General
The COEI and BII information is divided into the following lists:
Components of End Item (COEI). This list is for informational purposes only, and is not authority to
requisition replacements. These items are part of the collapsible fabric fuel tank. As part of the end item,
these items must be with the end item whenever it is issued or transferred between property accounts.
Illustrations are furnished to assist in identifying the items.
Basic Issue Items (BII). These essential items are required to place a 3,000 Gallon, 10,000 Gallon,
20,000 Gallon or 50,000 Gallon collapsible fabric fuel tank in operation, to operate it, and to perform
emergency repairs. Although shipped separately packaged, BII must be with the collapsible fabric fuel
