TM 10-4930-241-13 4-9.  PMCS TABLE. The necessary preventive maintenance services to be performed are listed and described in Table 4-1. Defects discovered  during  operation  of  the  system  should  be  corrected  as  soon  as  possible.    All  deficiencies  and shortcomings   will   be   recorded,   together   with   the   corrective   action   taken,   on   DA   Form   2404   (Equipment Inspection and Maintenance Worksheet) as soon as possible. The  troubleshooting  table  lists  the  common  malfunctions  which  you  may  find  during  operation  of  the  AFSSP. You should perform the tests, inspections and corrective actions in the order they appear in the table. b. This table cannot list all the malfunctions that may occur, all the tests or inspections needed to find the fault, or all the corrective actions needed to correct the fault.  If the equipment malfunction is not listed or actions listed do not correct the fault, notify your supervisor. c.
