This column gives the procedure you must do to check or service the item listed in the Check/Service column to know if the equipment is ready or available for its intended mission or for operation. You must do the procedure at the time stated in the interval column. (5) Not  Fully  Mission  Capable  If:. Information  in  this  column  tells  you  what  faults  will  keep  your equipment from being capable of performing its primary mission. If you make check and service procedures that show faults listed in this column, do not operate the equipment. Follow standard operating procedure for maintaining the equipment or reporting equipment failure. f. Other  Table  Entries.  Be  sure  to  observe  all  special  information  and  notes  that  appear  in  your  table. CHECKED OR CAPABLE IF: SERVICED 1 QUARTERLY Cover Bolts Check for tightness and torque as  required. 2 QUARTERLY Diff. Pressure Gage Check for damage. Gage is damaged. 3 QUARTERLY Sight Gage Check body for cracks and ball   Gage is damaged. float for damage. 4 QUARTERLY Ground Rod Check for missing or damaged   Ground rod is missing sections. or damaged. 5 QUARTERLY Tank and Frame Inspect for damage or signs of rust. Clean and repaint. Section   IV.   Troubleshooting 4-5.   INTRODUCTION a. Table 4-2 lists common malfunctions that you may find with your equipment. Perform the tests, inspections, and corrective actions in the order they appear in the table. b. This table cannot list all the malfunctions that may occur, all the tests and inspections needed to find the fault, or all the corrective actions needed to correct the fault. If the equipment malfunction is not listed or actions listed do not correct the fault, notify your supervisor. 4-2
