REMOVAL: Refer to Figure 4-3.
a.
Remove dust cap (2) from suction hose assembly (1).
b.
Remove dust plug (3) from suction hose assembly (1).
c.
Remove chain (4) from dust cap (2) and dust plug (3)
d.
Remove and discard two gaskets (5).
REPAIR:
Replace all worn or damaged components.
INSTALLATION:
a.
Install gaskets (5) into coupling (6) and dust cap (2).
b.
Attach chain (4) to dust cap (2) and dust plug (3).
c.
Secure dust plug (3) to suction hose assembly (1).
d.
Secure dust cap (2) to suction hose assembly (1).
