TROUBLESHOOTING.
For troubleshooting procedures, refer to Table 3-1 in this
manual.
NOTE
These troubleshooting procedures should be performed by a qualified
unit maintenance person.
Operators who are not qualified to perform
troubleshooting and maintenance procedures should contact unit main-
t e n a n c e f o r p r o b l e m i s o l a t i o n a n d c o r r e c t i o n.
Operators who are
qualified may perform these procedures when authorized by their
supervisor.

Check tank envelope for punctures.

Check for loose or missing hexagon head bolts.
Tighten loose bolts.
Replace missing or defective bolts.

Replace O-Ring (refer to paragraph 3-11).
