Place governor cover (20) against housing (51) Install two bolts (19) and four screws (18) Torque the screws to 43

Install torque capsule (8) using torque capsule wrench KDEP 2968.

Install nut (7) onto torque capsule (8).

Install setscrew (13).

Install washer (12) and nut (11).

Install washer (10) and cap nut (9).

Install new gasket (6)

Install intermediate plate (5) and sealing plate (4)

Install cover (3).

Install two bolts (2) and two bolts (1).

Fill governor with clean engine oil through port at top of governor

Install screw plug (31) in housing (51).

Install injection pump on engine in accordance with paragraph 3-13

Bleed air from fuel system in accordance with paragraph 2-38.

Adjust the injection pump in accordance with paragraph 3-6.
