Install lunette (1) onto inner slide assembly (2) using two bolts (3) and two nuts (4).

Install front roller (5) and front roller cover (6) onto inner slide assembly (2) using bolt (7), lockwasher (8), and nut
(9).

Install breakaway chain (10) using S-hooks (11).

Remove filler cap (12) from master cylinder (13). Fill master cylinder with brake fluid.
CAUTION
During bleeding, never allow fluid level in master cylinder to fall below half full.

Install brake hose and bleed brake system in accordance with paragraph 2-45.

Fill master cylinder (13) with brake fluid. Install filler cap (12) and cylinder cover (14).
