TM 10-6630-247-13&P 2-5.  PMCS  PROCEDURES  -  cont. e. f. g. h. i j. NOTE Term  “ready/available”  and  “mission  capable”  refer  to  the  same  status: Equipment  is  on  hand  and  ready  to  perform  its  combat  missions.  (See  DA Pam  738-750). The “EQUIPMENT IS NOT READY/AVAILABLE IF:” column in Table 2-1 tells you when your equipment is not mission capable and why the system cannot be used. If  the  equipment  does  not  perform  as  required,  refer  to  Chapter  3,  Section  H,  Troubleshooting. If  anything  looks  wrong  and  you  can’t  fix  it,  write  it  on  your  DA  Form  2404.  IMMEDIATELY, report  it  to  your  supervisor. Keep  the  equipment  clean.  Remove  dirt,  sand  and  debris  from  all  Test  Kit  components.  Use soap  and  water  to  remove  dirt  where  possible. Bolts,  nuts  and  screws.  Check  them  for  obvious  looseness,  missing,  bent  or  broken  condition  of all hardware. If you find a bolt, nut or screw you think is loose, tighten it or report it to your supervisor. When  you  check  for  “operating  condition”,  look  at  the  component  to  see  if  it’s  serviceable. Figure 2-7. PMCS Routing Diagram. 2-7
