TM 10-5430-232-12&P 1-8.  LOCATION AND DESCRIPTION OF MAJOR COMPONENTS.  (See figure 1-1.) TANK ENVELOPE (1) 5,000 barrel, collapsible, polymer-coated nylon fabric tank.   Used for fuel storage.  Comes with emergency repair kit. VENT ASSEMBLY (2) Opens automatically when internal vapor pressure reaches 0.1 psi (0.0068 atmospheres) to relieve pressure inside tank. FILLER/DISCHARGE ASSEMBLY (3) Allows hose assembly to be connected to tank.  Discharge fitting requires female/male elbow.  Filler fitting requires female/female elbow. MAIN HOSE AND VALVE ASSEMBLY Allows fuel to flow to and from tank.  Valve is normally closed- 6-INCH (4) when tank is not being filled or fuel not being discharged from tank. DRAIN HOSE AND VALVE-2 INCH (5) Allows fuel, water, and sludge to drain from tank.  Valve is normally closed. DRAIN ASSEMBLY (6) Allows drain hose to be connected to tank. 1-3
