Stem Guide Tool (Item 11, Appendix B)
Seal, Molded (Item 7, Appendix G)
Stem Packing Tool (Item 12, Appendix B)
Packing (Item 8, Appendix G)
Vise (with soft face jaws) (Item 4, Appendix B)
Packing (Item 9, Appendix G)
Wrench, 1-1/2 inch box (Item 4, Appendix B)
Preformed Packing (Item 10, Appendix G)
Wrench, 0-150 in-lb (Item 4, Appendix B)
Retaining Ring (Item 11, Appendix G)
Lock washer (Item 12, Appendix G)
General Safety Requirement:
Poppet, Molded Seal (Item 13, Appendix G)
WARNINGS
Fuels are toxic and flammable. Do not get fuel on
person or clothing. Do not use near open flame.
Equipment Condition:
Area should be well ventilated. DO NOT SMOKE.
GFA removed from CCR Nozzle (refer to system T.M.).
Using dry cleaning solvent incorrectly can cause injury
or even death.

Disassembly.
(1)
Remove dust cap and plug (1) from body (28).
(2)
Place body (29) into vise and insert adapter tool into inlet end of adapter (2) and remove adapter (2) from
body (29). Remove adapter tool
(3)
Remove poppet (3), poppet spring (4) and poppet guide (5) from body (29).
(4)
Remove preformed packing (6) from inlet end of body (29). Discard packing.
(5)
Remove valve cap (7) and packing (8) from body (29). Discard packing.
(6)
Remove valve spring (9)and lift cap (10) from body (29).
(7)
Remove valve stem (11) from body (29) with snap rings (12) and molded seal (13) attached.
(8)
Remove top snap ring (12) from valve stem (11).
(9)
Remove molded seal (13) from valve stem (11). Discard molded seal.
(10)
Remove remaining snap ring (12) from lower position on valve stem (11).
