Test INITIAL SET-UP: Tools: Materials/Parts: General mechanic's tool kit (Item 1, Appendix B) Cleaning solvent, (Item 1, Appendix F) Hammer, Soft Head (Item 2, Appendix B) Rags, Wiping, Item 2, Appendix F) Vise, Soft Face (Item 2, Appendix B) Tape, Anti-seize Teflon Item 3, Appendix F) Wrench, Adjustable 0-3 3/8 Inch (Item 2, Appendix Silicone Compound (Item 4, Appendix F) B) Gloves (Item 5, Appendix F) Adapter, Pressure (Item 3, Appendix B) Bumper (Item 1, Appendix H) Adapter, Bayonet (Item 4, Appendix B) Bearing, Collar (Item 2, Appendix H) Adapter, Male (Item 5, Appendix B) Packing.  Preformed (2 each) (Item 3, Appendix H) Packing, Preformed (Item 4, Appendix H) Equipment Condition: Packing, Preformed (Item 5, Appendix H) Nozzle removed from fueling system (Ref System Packing, Preformed (Item 6, Appendix H) T. M.) Packing.  Preformed (Item 9, Appendix H) If removed during repair General Safety Requirements: Lockwashers (Item 7, Appendix H) Nose Seal (Item 8, Appendix H) WARNINGS Gasket, Nozzle (Item 11, Appendix H)  Fuels are toxic and flammable.  Do not get fuel on Slip Ring (Item 10, Appendix H) If removed during person or clothing.  Do not use near open flame.  Area repair. should be well ventilated. · Fuel Flammable/Do Not Smoke. · Using dry cleaning solvents incorrectly can cause injury or death. a. Disassembly. NOTE Disassemble nozzle only to the level required to make repairs (1) Remove coupling plug (1) from coupling ( 7) (2) Remove gasket ( 2) from coupling (7). (3) Remove six nuts (3), six lockwashers (4), six flat washers (5), and six screws (6) to remove coupling (7) from elbow (31). 5-2
