Repair. Replace damaged or defective components.

Assembly. Refer to figure 4-13.

Position nut plate (5) and latch (4) on frame (6).
(2)
Install two flat washers (3), lockwashers (2) and screws (1) and attach latch (4) and nut plates (5).
(3)
Repeat steps (1) and (2) for two remaining latches (4).
