TORQUE LIMITS
NOTE
To determine breakaway torque, thread nut onto screw or bolt until at least two threads stick out.
Nut shall not make contact with a mating part. Stop the nut. Torque necessary to begin turning
nut again is the breakaway torque. Do not reuse self-locking nuts that do not meet minimum
breakaway torque.
