TM 10-4320-347-13&P SECTION I.  LUBRICATION INSTRUCTIONS 3.1.  GENERAL.  The pumping unit is designed to operate without the need for any lubrication.  The pumping assembly does not require any lubrication instructions. SECTION II.  OPERATOR TROUBLESHOOTING INSTRUCTIONS 3.2.  INTRODUCTION.  This section contains troubleshooting information for locating and correcting most of the operating troubles which may develop in the pumping assembly.  Only those functions within the scope of operator maintenance are listed.  Each malfunction for an individual component, unit, or system is followed by a list of tests or inspections which will help you to determine corrective actions to take.  You should perform the tests/inspections and corrective actions in the order listed. This manual cannot list all malfunctions that may occur, nor all tests or inspections and corrective actions.  If a malfunction is not listed, or is not corrected by listed corrective actions, notify your supervisor. Table 3-1 lists the common malfunctions which you may find during the operation or maintenance of the pump assembly  or  its  components.    You  should  perform  the  tests/inspections  and  corrective  actions  in  the  order listed. 3.3.  TROUBLESHOOTING TABLE .  Refer to Table 3-1 for operator troubleshooting procedures. 3-2
