If a corrosion problem is identified, it can be reported using SF 368, (Product Quality Deficiency
Report). Check the box to indicate that the problem may be corrosion-related. Using key words such
as "rust", "deterioration", "pitting" or "cracking" or even including color photos of the corroded area will
aid problem diagnosis and solution.
