4-13. Roof Panels Repair/Replacement (CONT).

Installation.
(1) If removed, install door seals (36 and 37).
(2) If removed, install insulation (35) in roof panels.
WARNING
Roof panel assembly is heavy. Ensure
two people lift panel or injury to personnel
could result.
(3) Install roof panel assembly (34).
(4) Install five screws (33), five flat washers (32),
five lockwashers (31), and five nuts (30).
(5) Install eight screws (29), 16 flat washers (28),
eight lockwashers (27), and eight nuts (26).
(6) If removed, install 20 cage nuts (25).
(7) Install 20 screws (24), 20 lockwashers (23), and
20 flat washers (22).
WARNING
Lift frame is heavy. Ensure two people
handle lift frame or injury to personnel
could result.
(8) Install two seals (21), three new mounts (20), lift
frame (19), three new bevel washers (18), three
flat washers (17), three new lockwashers (16),
and three nuts (15).
(9) Install
three
washers
(14),
three
new
lockwashers (13), and three nuts (12).
(10) Install two braces (11), six flat washers (10), six
new rubber washers (9), six new rubber spacers
(8), six new rubber washers. (7), six rubber
spacers (6), six screws (5), six new rubber
washers (4), six flat washers (3), and six new
self-locking nuts (2).
(11) Install two plug buttons (1).
