(15) Remove 28 nuts (54), 28 lockwashers (55), 56
flat washers (56), 28 screws (57), and front left
post (58).
(16) Remove five nuts (59), five lockwashers (60),
10 flat washers (61), five screws (62), control
box panel (63), and support panel (64).
(17) Remove two nuts (65), two lockwashers (66),
four flat washers (67), two screws (68), and
bracket (69).
b.
Cleaning/Inspection.
(1) Inspect door latch for proper operation. Replace
if defective.
(2) Inspect brackets for obvious damage. Replace
if defective.
(3) Inspect seal for tears, holes, or other obvious
damage. Replace if defective.
(4) Inspect all sheet metal for holes, deformation, or
other obvious damage. Replace if defective.
(5) Inspect
insulation
for
holes,
tears,
or
deterioration. Replace if defective.
c.
Installation.
(1) Install bracket (69) using two screws (68), four
flat washers (67), two lockwashers (66), and two
nuts (65).
(2) Install control box panel (63) and support panel
(64) using five screws (62), ten flat washers
(61), five lockwashers (60), and five nuts (59).
(3) Install front left post (58) using 28 screws (67),
56 flat washers (56), 28 lockwashers (55), and
28 nuts (54).
