4-19. Engine Assembly.

General Mechanic’s Tool kit (Appendix B, Section Ill,
Pump assembly removed (Para. 4-18).
Item 1)
Replace. (figure 4-6)
(1) Remove four nuts (1), four washers (2) and four bits (3) securing engine (4) and brackets (5) to
frame (6).
(2) Remove engine (4) and brackets (5) from frame (6).
(3) Remove two brackets (5) from engine (4) by removing twelve bolts (7) and twelve lockwashers (8).
(4) Position two brackets on replacement engine and secure with twelve bolts (7) and twelve
lockwashers (8).
(5) Position replacement engine on frame (6) and secure brackets with four bolts (3), four washers (2) and
four nuts (1).
