NOTES
1.
Lubricate Rigid/Swivel Wheels per steps below:
Apply grease per Table 1 to grease fittings.
2.
Lubricate Gas Turbine Power Unit per steps below:
a.
Check level of lubricant (before starting) per steps below:
(1)
Shut down 200/600 GPM Flammable Liquid Low Temperature Pump if operating.
(2)
On oil fill and dipstick door turn turnlock fasteners and open door.
(3)
Remove dipstick cap by rotating cap 900 and wipe clean.

(4)
Install dipstick cap and lock cap by rotating cap 90
(5)
Remove dipstick cap by rotating cap 900 and read indicator.
(6)
If required, add lubricant to filler per Table 1 until lubricant level on dipstick is FULL.

(7)
Install dipstick cap and lock cap by rotating cap 90
(8)
Close oil fill and dipstick door and lock turnlock fasteners.
b.
Drain and refill lubricant (semiannually) per steps below:
(1)
Shut down 200/600 GPM Flammable Liquid Low Temperature Pump if operating.
(2)
Remove drain cap.
(3)
Place container (to hold lubricant) under drain.
(4)
On oil drain shut-off door turn turnlock fasteners and open door.

(5)
Remove dipstick cap by rotating cap 90
(6)
Remove safety wire and open ball valve (parallel with piping).
(7)
Close ball valve after lubricant has drained and secure with safety wire (.032).
(8)
Install drain cap.
(9)
Replace oil filter, refer to TM 10-4320-342-24.
(10)
Add lubricant per Table 1.

Wipe dipstick clean and install dipstick cap by rotating cap
(12)
Remove dipstick cap and read indicator.
(13)
If required, add lubricant to filler per Table 1 until lubricant level on dipstick is FULL.

(14)
Install dipstick cap by rotating cap 90
(15)
Close oil drain shut-off door and lock turnlock fasteners.
(16)
Dispose of lubricant IAW local standard operating procedures.
