The operating instructions in this chapter describe the use and capability of the Test Set.
Included is a description of the front panel of the Test Set, turn-on and turn-off procedures,
and complete operating instructions.

Front Panel Description.
Figure 2-1 shows the front panel of the Test Set and table 2-1 describes the function of
each operating control, indicator, and connector.
