5 On opposite end of gate valve (7), place flange gasket (6) against gate
v a l v e .
6 Place female quick-disconnect coupling (5) against flange gasket (6);
a l i g n h o l e s .
7 Install washers (3) and hex-head capscrews (4) on female quick-
disconnect
coupling
(5),
flange
gasket
(6),
and
face
of
gate
valve
(7).
-
8 Install lockwashers (2) and hex nuts (1) on hex-head capscrews (4);
torque to 30 ft-lb (40.95 N-m).
