CHAPTER 4
INTERMEDIATE DIRECT SUPPORT MAINTENANCE
Section I.
MAINTENANCE PROCEDURES
4-1. GENERAL.
This section contains inspection instructions authorized by the
maintenance allocation chart (appendix B) to the intermediate direct
support (IDS) maintenance level.
4-2.
INSPECT TANK.
IDS maintenance will be notified of unit maintenance’s determination
that the tank is damaged beyond emergency repair.
IDS maintenance will
then visually inspect the damaged tank to determine its disposition.
