TM 5-4320-305-24 4-4.  REPAIR INJECTION PUMP (Continued) 93 Hook free end of spring (22) onto lever arm (98). 94 Place governor cover (20) against housing (51).  Install two bolts (19) and four screws (18).  Torque the screws to 43 to 61 in-lb (4.9 to 6.9 N-m). 95 Install torque capsule (8) using torque capsule wrench KDEP 2968. 96 Install nut (7) onto torque capsule (8). 97 Install setscrew (13). 98 Install washer (12) and nut (11). 99 Install washer (10) and cap nut (9). 100 Install new gasket (6). 101 Install intermediate plate (5) and sealing plate (4). 102 Install cover (3). 103 Install two bolts (2) and two bolts (1). 104 Fill governor with clean engine oil through port at top of governor. 105 Install screw plug (31) in housing (51). 106 Install injection pump on engine in accordance with paragraph 3-13. 107 Bleed air from fuel system in accordance with paragraph 2-42. 108 Adjust the injection pump in accordance with paragraph 3-6. 4-36
