Materials/Parts 3-9 Cooling air blower removed from Diesel fuel oil (Item 6, Appendix C) engine. Emery cloth (Item 2, Appendix C) 3-10 Oil pan removed from engine. Lubricating oil (Item 10, Appendix C) 3-20 Tachometer drive removed from Sealing compound (Item 13 or 15, Appendix C) front cover. 3-21 Idler pulley assembly removed from Equipment front cover. Condition 3-24 Crankshaft V-belt pulley removed Para Condition Description from engine. Trailer level and securely blocked. Special Environmental Conditions 2-22 Engine cover panels and frame re- moved from engine. Well-ventilated area required for cleaning. REMOVAL: 1      Place   blocking   between   the   bottom   of   the   engine crankcase (1) and the trailer frame (2).  The blocking should be strong enough to support the weight of the engine.    Do  not  allow  the  blocking  to  press  on  the fuel tank (3), front cover, or oil suction pipe. 3-119
