Install a new grease seal (1) on axle (2).

Pack tapered roller bearing (3) about 1/3 full of grease. Install bearing on axle (2)

Install hub and drum (4) onto axle (2). Take care to avoid damaging lips of grease seal (1) when installing hub and
drum.

Pack tapered roller bearing (5) about 1/3 full of grease. Install bearing on axle (2).

Install lockwasher (6) and axle nut (7) on axle (2). Tighten axle nut in order to seat bearings. Then back off axle
nut and tighten hand tight only.

Install cotter pin (8) and grease cup (9) on axle (2).

Install tire and wheel (10) using six wheel nuts (11).
