Remove  pins  (2  and  3)  from  shaft  (16). Remove  threaded  pin  (4)  and  hex  nut  (5)  from  governor  lever  (6). Remove  two  hexagon  nuts  (7)  and  lever  (8). Remove  hexagon  nut  (9)  and  friction  disc  (10). Remove  capsule  (11),  hex  nut  (12),  plate packing  (15). Press  out  shaft  (16)  from  crankcase. (13),   and   eccentric   pin   14).   Discard   preformed 6-15
