Section IV. MAINTENANCE OF FUEL TANK CAP AND STRAINER
Remove the fuel tank cap.. Raise strainer in fuel tank
neck.  Inspect for cracks, breaks, dents, and other
neck, then rotate counterclockwise and lift strainer from
defects.
