TM  5-4320-228-13&P 2-6. STOPPING THE EQUIPMENT. To stop pumping operation: 1  - Place the throttle control in the idle position, and let the engine idle for 3 to 5 minutes. This will allow the engine to cool. 2  - Set the Ignition Switch to OFF. 2-7. DISMANTLING FOR MOVEMENT. The  pump  is  completely  self-contained  and  can  be  moved  over  short, distances manually by lifting at the ends of the pump frame. If the pump is to be transported by carrier, block or tie it to the carrier to prevent it from shifting while being transported. When tying pump to carrier, install bands through  frame. Do not secure by banding across  channels. a. Disconnect inlet and outlet hoses from inlet and outlet adapters. b. Disconnect exhaust pipe extension if used. 2-12
