4. Install eight washers (11), screws (12), washers (10), new lockwashers (9), and nuts (8) on butterfly
valve assembly. Torque the fastening hardware to 30 in-lbs (3.41Nm).
5. Install new gasket (4) into dust cap (2).
6. Connect ring (1) and install dust cap (2) onto male coupling (3).
